This is a fun book divided into 2 parts: the 1st is a manual for the Peak Oil Olympics - competing to find short-term responses to peak oil situations - which took place last year here in Bristol, and the 2nd is a slightly left field take on peak oil addressing among other things the question of national security. It is all seems bit at random but there are some gems in there and at £5.50 well worth a read.
