If you are dissatisfied with any of the books you have received, return them within 28 days, in perfect condition, for a no quibble refund of the price.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

All books remain the property of eco-logic books until paid for in full.

The price of books sometimes changes without notice - we will inform you of this change in price and you have the right to withdraw from the sale.

Your credit card will not be debited until the books are dispatched.

We try to dispatch your order within 5 working days of receiving it. If your order is going to be delayed we will inform you and give you an estimated date of dispatch.

We use the Royal Mail, Parcelforce and Securicor Omega as carriers and their delivery times can vary.

We will try and send your order in one shipment but it may be necessary to send part orders.

All books are offered subject to availablilty.

We will not give your name, address, email or any other details to any other company or organisation, other than for your protection should fraud or deception be suspected. We may occasionally include material from other environmental organisations in our mailings.

We do not want to send you anything you don't want, so let us know if you would like all trace of yourself removed from our records.
